What it does
A 1-question pulse with privacy guardrails. Sends each team member a single survey, anonymizes responses, and gives every manager a digest of the themes coming out of their team — without ever surfacing individual responses.
How it works
- Survey. The colleague DMs every team member a single open-ended pulse question.
- Collect. Aggregate responses with opaque hashes. Skip teams under the threshold for safe anonymity.
- Summarize. Theme-cluster open text per team. Score mood trend. Write a manager-only digest with watch-out themes.
Setup
- Connect Slack or Teams.
- Connect a docs tool (Notion or Google Docs).
- Configure the anonymity threshold (default: skip teams with <5 responses).
Variations
- Run bi-weekly to reduce survey fatigue.
- Add a quantitative 1–5 scale alongside the open-text question.
