What it does
Stops auto-renewals from sneaking past you., the colleague reads the vendor master sheet, filters to anything renewing in the next 60 days, and DMs each owner the cancel deadline with usage and spend context.
How it works
- Scan. Read every active vendor contract and filter to renewals 30–60 days out.
- Digest. Group by owner. Render each row with vendor, deadline, last usage, annual spend. DM owners. Roll up to finance.
