What it does
Cleans pipeline before the forecast meeting.Afternoon, the colleague audits open deals against your data-quality rules — missing close dates, stale next steps, suspicious amount jumps, stuck stages — and DMs each rep just their own broken deals to fix.
How it works
- Scan. Audit open deals across the team against the configured rules.
- Group. Bucket flagged deals by owner so each rep only sees their own list.
- Report. DM each rep their fix list; send the manager a roll-up summary.
Setup
- Connect any CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Connect a messaging channel (Slack or Teams).
- Configure the data-quality rules (defaults: close date, next-step age, amount delta, stage age).
Variations
- Open a CRM task per flagged deal instead of (or in addition to) the DM.
- Run daily for high-volume teams.
- Add custom rules — e.g., flag deals with no decision-maker contact.
