What it does
A 30-second read on whether spend is tracking budget, with reallocation suggestions when something is way off. Pulls the latest actuals from every paid channel, joins with the monthly budget plan, and posts a Slack digest the team can scan in seconds.
How it works
- Pull. Fetch the latest spend + conversions + CPA per campaign from every connected ad platform.
- Pace. Compare against the monthly budget plan. Compute MTD pacing % per channel and identify under- or over-pacing.
- Notify. Post a digest with green/yellow/red status per channel and the top 1–2 reallocation moves.
Setup
