What it does
Most AR teams write the same four follow-up emails over and over, each tuned to how late the invoice is. This recipe runs the cascade automatically — gentle at 7 days, firm at 30, escalation-to-AE at 60 — and drafts every email so the AR specialist just reviews and sends.
How it works
- Pull. Grab every invoice 7+ days overdue and bucket by age.
- Compose. Draft one tone-tuned follow-up per invoice, saved as Gmail drafts.
- Escalate. For 60+ day invoices, DM the AE with deal context and the chase draft.
Setup
- Connect an accounting tool (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
