What it does

Interview debriefs run on the panel showing up cold to a meeting and re-explaining their feedback. This recipe pulls every scorecard from the ATS, aggregates rubric scores, surfaces panel disagreement, and writes a decision packet with quotes — so the debrief is a discussion, not a re-readout.

How it works

  1. Pull rounds. All completed rounds and each interviewer’s scorecard are pulled from the ATS. Rubric-vs-rubric disagreements are surfaced.
  2. Synthesize. Per-rubric scores are aggregated; panel agreement is computed; representative quotes per round are pulled; a hire / no-hire / further-round recommendation is written.
  3. Ship. Recruiter and hiring manager get DM’d with the packet link ahead of the debrief.

Setup

  • Connect an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby).
  • Connect a docs destination (Notion or Google Docs) for the packet.
  • Connect a messaging channel (Slack or Teams).

Variations

  • Add a “questions to ask in debrief” section pre-generated from disagreements.
  • Run automatically when the last scorecard is submitted.
  • Build a per-role pattern doc tracking which dimensions panels disagree on most.
