What it does
Gives a sales manager a daily one-pager naming the five deals worth coaching today, what each rep is missing, and the exact prompt to use in 1:1s. Pulls open pipeline from the CRM, joins it with the freshest call data, and writes a Slack DM before standup.
How it works
- Pull deals. At 7:30 am, query Salesforce for open deals on the manager’s team and rank them by amount × stage-progress confidence. Take the top 5.
- Pull calls. For each ranked deal, fetch the latest 1–2 calls from Gong. Extract objections, commitments, and stalled topics.
- Brief. Compose a one-pager — for each deal: a 3-line summary, a risk flag, and a suggested coaching question for the rep. Bundle and DM the manager.
