What it does
Low-CSAT tickets stack up but rarely get rolled up into actionable themes. This recipe clusters last week’s low scores, identifies the root-cause themes, flags the agents who saw most of them, and matches the themes to known KB gaps so coaching plus content gaps get fixed in one pass.
How it works
- Pull low-CSAT. Tickets scored 1-2 over the last 7 days are pulled with their full thread and agent assignments. Per-agent CSAT distribution is computed.
- Cluster themes. Tickets are clustered by theme; volume and reopen rate per theme are scored; agents seeing 60%+ of low-CSAT are flagged; themes get matched to known KB gaps.
- Ship. Rollup posts to #support-quality, team leads get DM’d on agent patterns, and the support PM is tagged on KB gap themes.
Setup
