What it does

Paid creative dies slowly — CTR drops 5% one week, 8% the next, then suddenly your CPA is 30% over target. This recipe runs a weekly fatigue scan across every active creative, scores decay slope plus frequency breach plus CPA drift, and surfaces the top offenders before they take a real bite out of efficiency.

How it works

  1. Pull creatives. Every active creative across the last 28 days is pulled with daily impressions, CTR, CPA, and frequency.
  2. Score fatigue. A 7-day CTR-slope is computed per creative. Creatives over frequency 4 are flagged, CPA drift is measured, and a fatigue z-score is assigned.
  3. Write report. A per-creative fatigue table goes into the report sheet, the top 10 fatigued creatives get refresh angles, and a one-line summary lands in #paid-ops.

Setup

  • Connect an ad platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads).
  • Connect a spreadsheet destination (Google Sheets or Excel) for the report.
  • Connect a messaging channel (Slack or Teams) for the digest.
