What it does
Paid creative dies slowly — CTR drops 5% one week, 8% the next, then suddenly your CPA is 30% over target. This recipe runs a weekly fatigue scan across every active creative, scores decay slope plus frequency breach plus CPA drift, and surfaces the top offenders before they take a real bite out of efficiency.
How it works
- Pull creatives. Every active creative across the last 28 days is pulled with daily impressions, CTR, CPA, and frequency.
- Score fatigue. A 7-day CTR-slope is computed per creative. Creatives over frequency 4 are flagged, CPA drift is measured, and a fatigue z-score is assigned.
- Write report. A per-creative fatigue table goes into the report sheet, the top 10 fatigued creatives get refresh angles, and a one-line summary lands in #paid-ops.
Setup
- Connect an ad platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads).
- Connect a spreadsheet destination (Google Sheets or Excel) for the report.
- Connect a messaging channel (Slack or Teams) for the digest.
