What it does
Cold outreach quality is mostly research quality. This recipe pre-loads today’s outreach queue with each contact’s recent LinkedIn activity, role changes, and company news, then drafts a tailored opener for each one — saved to your Gmail drafts so you can review and send when you’re ready.
How it works
- Pull queue. The colleague reads today’s contacts from the assigned cadence, dropping anyone who’s replied or unsubscribed.
- Enrich. Each contact’s last 30-day LinkedIn activity, role changes, and company news are pulled. Strongest signal per contact gets surfaced.
- Draft openers. A 90-110 word opener tailored to the strongest signal is composed and saved as a Gmail draft with the cadence’s recommended CTA.
Setup
- Connect a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) for the cadence queue.
- Connect LinkedIn for activity / role-change signals.
- Connect Gmail or Outlook for draft delivery.
Variations
- Run a “warm intros only” version that filters to contacts shared with someone in your network.
- Add a per-contact rationale block showing which 3 signals the draft used.
- Cap the queue at the top N highest-signal contacts.
