What it does

Hands a hiring manager a 30-second read on every candidate before the call: who they are, why they fit (or don’t), and 5 tailored questions for the specific interview round. Triggers automatically off the calendar.

How it works

  1. Trigger. 30 minutes before any “Interview” event, the colleague picks up the candidate’s name from the invite.
  2. Pull candidate. Fetch resume, application answers, and prior interviewer feedback from the ATS.
  3. Research. Augment with public signals from LinkedIn — recent moves, posts, mutual connections.
  4. Brief. Summarize the candidate, flag strengths + risks, generate 5 round-tailored questions, save to Notion + DM the manager.
