What it does

How it works
- Trigger. 30 minutes before any “Interview” event, the colleague picks up the candidate’s name from the invite.
- Pull candidate. Fetch resume, application answers, and prior interviewer feedback from the ATS.
- Research. Augment with public signals from LinkedIn — recent moves, posts, mutual connections.
