What it does
Most reps open a call cold or with a 30-second LinkedIn skim. This recipe pre-fills the brief — news, hiring, tech stack, and the CRM history the rep already paid for — and drops a one-pager in their DMs 15 minutes.
How it works
- Watch the calendar. A calendar watcher matches upcoming meetings with an external attendee.
- Enrich from CRM. The colleague matches the attendee’s email domain to the CRM company record and pulls deal stage, recent activities, and the last logged call notes.
- Layer in fresh signals. It searches news, hiring posts, and public job ads from the last 30 days for the company — funding, exec movement, product launches, team growth.
- Compose + ship. The brief lands in Notion under the account’s page, and the rep gets a Slack DM with the link minutes before the call starts.
Setup
- Connect a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, or Close).
- Connect a docs surface (Notion, Google Docs, or Coda).
- Pick the rep’s primary calendar and the lead time before each call (default 15 min).
Variations
- Swap the brief into a roll-up of every call on the rep’s calendar.
